Data Deletion Instructions
If you wish to delete your account and associated data from Tuition Manager, follow one of the methods below.
In‑app request
Open the Tuition Manager app and go to Help & FAQ → “Request account deletion”. Confirm your request in the modal; you’ll receive a confirmation after processing.
Email request
Send an email from your signed‑in email address to vipulkr250@gmail.com with subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include your full name and phone number for verification.
What we delete
- Account profile and authentication data
- Chat messages and attachments associated with your account
- Student and fee records associated with your account, unless retention is required by law
Backups may persist for a limited period as part of disaster recovery and will be purged on a rolling basis.
