These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tuition Manager (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are responsible for content you upload or share (messages, files, receipts, media). You must have the necessary rights and ensure it complies with law and these Terms.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit the content solely to operate the App and deliver features to you and your recipients.

3. Shared links and files

The App may generate tokenized links for uploaded files. Anyone with a valid link can access the file without signing in. Links may not expire automatically. Delete the file to revoke access. Share links only with trusted recipients.

4. Acceptable use

For your safety, do not use the App to transmit or request sensitive identifiers (full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government IDs) or prohibited content.

5. Third‑party services

We rely on service providers to run the App, including Firebase/Google Cloud (Auth, Firestore, Realtime Database, Storage, Hosting), Expo services (push notifications), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp/voice), and EmailJS (email delivery). Your use of features may be subject to their terms and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

6. Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding your content) are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, certain provisions will survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

8. WhatsApp messaging and consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive informational WhatsApp messages related to your use of the App (e.g., reminders, updates). Message frequency varies. You can opt out by replying STOP at any time; reply HELP for help. Carrier/data rates may apply.

We maintain opt‑in records (phone number, timestamp, and source of consent) and honor opt‑out requests promptly. Human agent escalation is available via email vipulkr250@gmail.com and phone +91 7667857972 if automated replies are insufficient.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

11. Changes to the App

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates and revise the “Last updated” date above.

12. Account deletion

You can request account deletion in‑app: Help & FAQ → “Request account deletion” (you’ll see a confirmation modal with details). You may also email vipulkr250@gmail.com from your signed‑in email. Deletion may be subject to legal or compliance retention requirements.

13. Contact and content reporting

Notice: Tokenized links allow access to anyone with the link until you delete the file. Use the App responsibly and comply with applicable laws.
